Welcome to Dayaan Emporium! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Payment Methods

2. Order Confirmation

3. Pre-Order Products

Some products may be made-to-order and have a longer lead time. These products will be clearly marked and require a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3 weeks to be ready for delivery. Payment for pre-orders will be required in advance.

4. Delivery

  • Domestic Orders: Expect delivery within 2-3 weeks of order confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
  • International Orders: Expect delivery within 2-3 weeks of order confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

6. Delivery Timeframes

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and other factors. Our delivery partners strive to follow designated routes, but exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Incorrect or Faulty Items: In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3-5 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you. You are responsible for returning the incorrect or faulty item via Pakistan Post courier service to our address (to be provided).
  • Change of Mind: We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
  • Sale Items: All sale items and stock clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After 2 hours, cancellations will not be accepted, and the order will be shipped and charged as normal.

9. Address Information

Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate address, including house number, block number, street number, or a nearby landmark for smooth delivery. Orders with incomplete addresses may be cancelled.

10. Duties & Taxes

You are responsible for any duties and taxes imposed by your country's customs regulations at the time of delivery.
